Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Take accurate minutes of meeting.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Internet savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good Verbal & Written Communication in English. Good verbal and written communication in mandarin is added advantage.
  • Good Organization and Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to plan and and execute projects with minimum supervision.
  • Good research skills and attention to details.
  • Able to anticipate needs.
  • Positive attitude and good team player.
