We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Take accurate minutes of meeting.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Internet savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good Verbal & Written Communication in English. Good verbal and written communication in mandarin is added advantage.
- Good Organization and Time Management Skills.
- Ability to plan and and execute projects with minimum supervision.
- Good research skills and attention to details.
- Able to anticipate needs.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
Working Days : 5.5 Day work week
