Responsibilities:

- Assistance for the tasks of receiving direct phone calls from main line and take messages appropriately

- Make travel arrangements

- Process travel and expenses claim (inclusive of AP)

- Process/accounting entries input for travel and expenses claim

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

- Min dip holder (good O levels can try)

- Min 2 - 4 years secretarial experience (got do claims before)

- 1 year related working experience with basic accounting knowledge

- Preferred those with experience with a Financial Institution/MNC
