Hiring Full Time/Part Time Admin Assistant Open to University Undergrads / Individuals in employment Responsibilities Support daily operational and administrative functions Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Excellent knowledge/speed in MS Office: word, PPT (assist with marketing presentations) and editing, excel Exemplary planning and time management skills Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, events, etc. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
