8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays)
8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
Brief Description of Duties
1. Provide admin support to the day-to-day operation of the short term outbound process for student exchange.
2. Keep timely records of transactions and ensure timely delivery of service.
3. Attend to students’ enquiries and request for assistance. Follow up with students on necessary documentation.
4. Attend to partners’ enquiries on students exchange and follow up with partners for documentation.
5. Assist in organising and coordinating meetings, events or consultation for students.
6. Assist with preparation of slides for presentations and collation of data for reporting.
1. Diploma or Bachelor qualification
2. At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative office setting.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office esp, Excel
4. Able to interact comfortably with students
5. Experience in event organisation and/or having worked in a similar education environment will be an advantage
