Responsibilities

This role covers a wide spectrum of HR and Admin responsibilities including:
  1. Create and update employees' records in p-files
  2. Manage information and files in HR database
  3. Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
  4. Assist in application and renewal of work passes
  5. Prepare letters including employment contracts, confirmation and acceptance of resignation letters
  6. Provide other administrative support to various HR functions as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE "O" Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
  • Good written and oral communication / presentation skills
