Maternity Cover

Administrative Duties

· Plan and manage the operations of new/existing degree programmes

· Plan, organise and manage events

· Administer procurement process

· Plan, manage and monitor programme budgets, expenditure and assets

· Liaise and maintain contacts with industry partners and overseas university counterparts

· Record notes or minutes of meetings

· Write papers and reports

· Advise students on programme matters

· Other programme support assignments as required by the Programme Director, Deputy Programme Directors, or Director, Academic Programmes Administration

Associate Faculty Management

· Assist in the recruitment of Associate Faculty

· Manage databases of Associate Faculty

· Administer contracts and payment for Associate Faculty


· Degree from a good university

· Proven track record with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in an educational environment;

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; good written and oral skills;

· Ability to be versatile in working independently and as an excellent team player towards set goals

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
