Job Duties:-
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and employment activities for all positions (up to Executive level)
- Handle all work pass applications & renewal submissions with compliance to MOM regulation
- Maintain and update all employee records into the HRIS
- Administer the leave and attendance modules in the HRIS
- Assist in payroll processing using Prosoft – verify all claims such as overtime, medical, etc and process attendance records for each month
- Prepare and submit all MOM and labour market statistics surveys timely
- Provide support mto all staff engagement and communications activities
- Any other ad-hoc mduties as and when assigned by the supervisor

Monday -
Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
3 months contract, immediate starters

- minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher
- able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- prior experience min payroll processing/calculation would be advantageous
- has experience with Prosoft application
