  • Working hours: Mon - Fri ( 8:30 am - 6 pm)
  • Working Location : Tanjong Pagar

Job Summary:
  • Manage full spectrum of administrative functions
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Preparation and filing of documents
  • Processing of invoices and putting up purchase orders
  • Perform prompt filing, documentation duties, archiving
  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the company's central filing storage system
  • Work with the end user departments
  • Able to handle records which may be dusty and perform shifting of boxes when necessary
  • Assist in inventory stocks with vendors at warehouse
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or relevant disciplines
  • Preferably with experience in an admin support function
  • Meticulous, well-organized and self-motiavated
  • Team Player with 'Can Do' attitude
  • Good communication and strong follow up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Able to work outside of office hours
