A. Responsibilities
1. Investigate applications received through Ticket Offices/CROs, AVM+, Online and CRC.
2. Authorize refund for all Claims before collection date.
3. Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters received from CCD and Operators.
4. Attend to customer enquiries pertaining to refund matters.
5. Inform customers in cases of invalid claim/difference in claim amount before the collection date.
6 .Investigate refund disagreements raised by customers.
7. Attend to enquiries from NETS/Ezlink pertaining to revaluation of Cepas cards.
8 .Attend to operators request for reports and enquiries on claims/cards
B. Process Deferred Refunds(Corrupted Concession Cepas Cards)
1.Ensure that DRs are processed accordingly (cheque refund)
C. Supervision of Operations Clerk
1. Supervise all job functions performed by OC, Refund.
2. Ensure that assign tasks are carried out according to prescribed procedures and completed on time.
3.Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where necessary.



Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task and work without much supervision
  • Great team spirit
  • Diploma
  • Good with Math – B3 for O LEVELS
  • Mon-Fri 8:30-6pm
  • Salary: $2K
