We are urgently looking for a personal assistant to oversee secretarial duties to Manager.


Undergraduates looking to work part time while studying are welcome!!


Responibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Manager (managing emails, scheduling calendar, meeting minutes preparation & being in charge of simple reporting)
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting slides, collating data on excel spreadsheets
  • Updating information via our social media platforms


We are looking for:

  • Teamplayer with good communication skills
  • Necessary Microsoft skills (Microsoft powerpoint, word & excel)
  • Able to travel for short paid company trips
  • Knows how to manage social media platforms


**Minimum Alevels/local diploma


**Above 21 years old
