Job Description:

- Responsible to Representative for all aspects of work in the Agency

- Provide general administrative support using all required back office systems and procedures

- Schedule and confirm client and prospect appointments for the Representative

- Coordinate clients mailings (i.e. emails merges, outgoing/incoming mails, birthday/holiday cards)

- handle incoming calls and send/reply to emails in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist the Representative in the administrative works

- Consolidating expenses and proper filing


Job Requirements:

- No experience required

- Able to commit all 5 working days

- Minimum of 5 working hours per day (Working hours can be negotiated)

- Able to start in 1st of October
