Responsible to Representative for all aspects of work in the Agency

Provide general administrative support using all required back office systems and procedures

Schedule and confirm client and prospect appointments for the Representative

Coordinate clients mailings (i.e. emails merges, outgoing/incoming mails, birthday/holiday cards)

handle incoming calls and send/reply to emails in a professional and courteous manner

Assist the Representative in the administrative works

Consolidating expenses and proper filing
