Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform data entry, open daily invoices, filing and archival with care and accuracy.
- Attend promptly to administrative requests from managers and staff, such as scheduling meetings, preparing and disseminating information, and communicating with internal and external parties.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required by supervisor
- Available immediate to work
