- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals.
- In charge of recruitment and interview processes.
- Work closely with associates to update attendance list and prepare invoices before sending it out to clients.
- Handle payment issues (debit/credit note)
- Assist in the calculation of employee payments.
- Generate monthly summary of accounts and weekly work schedules.
- At least and N/O level, Professional certificate/ NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor degree.
- No experience is welcome.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: Eunos
- 6 Day Work Week
- Working hours: 1pm-7pm
