Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals.
  • In charge of recruitment and interview processes.
  • Work closely with associates to update attendance list and prepare invoices before sending it out to clients.
  • Handle payment issues (debit/credit note)
  • Assist in the calculation of employee payments.
  • Generate monthly summary of accounts and weekly work schedules.

Requirements:

  • At least and N/O level, Professional certificate/ NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor degree.
  • No experience is welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Other Information:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Location: Eunos
  • 6 Day Work Week
  • Working hours: 1pm-7pm
