Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous and friendly manner brand and sustainability standards
  • Manage the resolution process for all visitor’s queries
  • Changing of passes for visitors
  • Ordering pantry items
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls
  • Arranging of couriers
  • Setting and scheduling of meeting rooms
  • Other adhoc duties
