Temporary Main Reception Customer Relations Officer (approx 2-3 months)

Rotating Shifts Hours, 6 days work week (required to work on overtime/PH/weekends)


Roles:

  • Attached to the customer service front desk
  • To welcome, direct and guide members and guests with prompt response
  • To handle incoming calls and provide necessary action
  • To handle golf bookings via phone and face-to-face accurately
  • Attend to members’ bookings, facilitate reciprocal arrangements and provide accurate information/rates
  • Serve as an important point of contact and provide department co-ordination
  • Responsible for daily opening and closing duties
  • To communicate well internally to ensure effective shifts handovers
  • To interact with internal departments professionally to foster team spirit and effective communication.
  • Upkeep the cleanliness and hygiene of the receptionist office/room at all times
  • Carry out administrative and any additional duties as assigned
  • Cross training to other CRO duties
