Telecommuting Positions:


a) Clientele Development Associate

  1. CDA will be given 4 clients who have indicated interest in the company's product
  2. CDA are supposed to carry out presentations on the features of the product via microsoft team platform to the interested client
  3. CDA will explain the features and answer to the clients' queries including advising on its suitability
  4. CDA will follow up with clients via email/text messaging to maintain and enhance clientele relationship
  5. CDA will be given training. No experience is required
  6. CDA will be expected to have at least a Diploma or a Degree
  7. CDA will be compensated according to whether they are Part time/Full timers
  8. Suitable for individuals who wish to looking for a part time temporary role/ full time role/Flexible role to supplement their income welcome

b) Associate Manager

1. Associate manager are to ensure the compliance and regulatory functions of the team members are adhered to from time to time
2. AM will lead and motivate the team towards hitting the requirements of the company. AM has no sales requirements but will instead, coach and lead the team toward hitting the requirement
3. AM will brainstorm acquisition activities and understanding each team member's core competencies in developing effective strategies for the individual and for the team as a whole
4. AM will be instrumental in conducting weekly team meetings to ensure that team members understand their roles and functions for that month
5. Full time role

c) Tele secretary

1. TS will call over soft phones in a WFH environmenet using approved scripts
2. TS will explain to clients over the phone for enhancement programs and to coordinate a businses presentation for our full time team via online platform
3. TS will ensure that they complete their tasks assigned to them since it's on a WFH program
4. TS will be paid a basic salary per hourly rate of at least $10 per hour, on top of a commission incentive
5. Temporary role/Part time role

d) Junior Business Associate
1. 1 year contract role, suitable for fresh graduates with no experience but wish to learn about business consultancy/operations measures
2. JBA will assist in day to day operations of the business. Currently due to measures, JDAs will telecommute
3. JBA will assist in the formation of commercial contracts and monitor payrolls of part time staffs
4. JBA will form business presentations slides and prepare reporting standards to the hiring manager
