Temp Admin Assistant


Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist in the day-to-day operation of HR & Admin functions and duties

 Coordinate training request of the employees

 Administer employees medical claim

 Handle travel arrangements

 Manage office supplies and equipment

 Cover receptionist duties when required

 Coordinate in the company’s event

 Any other ad-hoc duties in relation to office administrative matters


Qualifications & Requirements

 Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level, or Diploma, any field.

 At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience

 Proficient in MS office Applications

 Pleasant personality and a good team player with strong willingness to participant and help others
