Location: Alexandra Road, 10 mins away from Tiong Bahru MRT Station

Working Hours: 4 Weekday & 1 Weekend 9am-4pm/2pm-10pm

Duration of Job: Immediate - 3 months

Pay: $8 per hour

Industry: FMCG/Ecommerce


Job Description:

Create/update fleet policy and procedures, to include vehicle assignment, personal use, replacement policy, accident reporting process, and other procedures.

Trace & track, schedule service and maintenance of all vehicles

Planning & scheduling of deliverers to supplement day to day operations

Assist with onboarding and training of new drivers, if necessary

Responsible for coordinating and maintains records of all service contracts, employee details and interdepartmental clerical support


What are we looking for?

Proficiency in MS Office

Minimum Diploma and above

Experience preferably in Operations, eCommerce Logistics, or Last Mile Delivery

Strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
