Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and repack the good from suppliers to optimize shipment cost.
  • Prepare proforma invoice and packing list for forwarder, have to separate invoices that need sub certificate.
  • For sea shipment, check and tally report before sending out.
  • Issue internal PO for sites, NPI or misc order for stationary etc.
  • Help Finance to check PO billing issues.
  • Prepare and arrange courier for all Department.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

Experiences / Qualifications and skills :

  • ITE and above
  • Software knowledge in MS Excel and Words
  • Excellent communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes.
  • Min 3 - 5 Years relevant experience.
  • Able to identify electronics components description.
  • Singaporeans only
